Refers to the sensory experiences, cognitive processes, and emotional landscapes that shape our understanding of life. Some of these perspectives formed in our youth still guide us today as adults but are manageable.

Refers to experiences such as pleasure and pain, which are considered primary experiences that define our existence. Some of these perspectives we have no control over, but they can be managed mitigated, as well as habits created to enhance.

Refers to specific approaches or techniques used to address mental health issues, helping individuals feel seen and heard. Some of these perspectives formed in our youth still guide us today as adults but are manageable.
